Legacy free-text category. If a template is selected, the badge is derived from the template instead.

Linked request (optional)

Link this entry to a Request log. Requests with linked entries are shown as Complete.

Relationships (optional)

Connect entries together (related, blocks, fixes, decision for). Type #123 or pick from suggestions, then press Enter.
